Breadfruit


Known as the tropical potato, it can be steamed, boiled, baked, fried roasted or left to ripen to a sweet tropical custard. Extremely versatile they are a good source of fibre, antioxidants, minerals such as potassium and phosphorous and vitamins. Dried fruit can be milled into flour providing gluten-free alternative. We sell to Sydney and local markets during the months of January to March. Farmgate sales welcome by appointment only at this stage.
