The largest tree fruit in the world. Extremely versatile as a fruit can be cooked green or ripened to experience tropical flavours of banana/mango/pineapple. Seeds boiled or roasted are similar to chestnuts. Gaining popularity in the food industry as a savoury when cooked green and used in dishes as a meat substitute.
